Jordan Kitt's Music is pleased to present a special recital featuring Francesca Hurst (piano) and Robert Cart (flute) in the Fairfax VA Recital Hall.

Francesca Hurst and Robert Cart began their artistic collaboration as colleagues in the Contemporary Music Ensemble at the Atlantic Music Festival. Both advocates of new music, as a duo, they perform throughout the United States and Europe.

Music for a New World will present works from the 20th and 21st centuries by a diverse group of women and men composers from France, Spain, and the United States, including Valerie Coleman, Lili Boulanger, Luis Barroso, David Ludwig, and Sergi Casanelles.
